The Board of Directors (Statutes, Art. 6) serves as both the academic and administrative governing body of AIS and consists of no fewer than three (3) and no more than seven (7) members. It meets at least once every six months. Decisions are adopted by a majority vote of its members.
The Executive Director is the legal representative of AIS. AIS maintains its own bank accounts, which are administered by the Executive Director. AIS is duly registered with the relevant tax authorities and has been assigned a Tax Identification Number (NIPT).
